You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You must provide accurate personal and financial information during registration.
We offer cross-border financial transfer services. Services are subject to local and international regulatory compliance, exchange rates, fees, and taxes.
Transaction fees, currency exchange rates, and applicable taxes (including mandatory government charges like the 1% tax in India) are transparently displayed prior to transactions.
Transactions are subject to KYC and AML regulations. We reserve the right to impose limits or request additional verification at any time.
Transfers can be canceled before processing begins. Refunds, if applicable, are processed back to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days.
We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided by you or circumstances beyond our control (such as system outages or bank errors).
We may suspend or terminate your account due to violation of these terms, suspicious activities, or regulatory requirements.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in India. Disputes will be resolved exclusively by courts in India.
We reserve the right to update these terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
